For the past few years, I have been lucky enough to be a part of something as amazing as dancing’s.our.poison (DOP). To say that it has been an integral part of my collegiate experience does not even begin to describe how much this dance crew means to me. I am extremely proud and incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to see DOP grow from a group of 3 friends dancing together to an entire community movement. We would not be where we are today without the support of all our families and friends. You guys have helped us so much, and now we need your help again.
On March 3, 2012, the Prelude DMV urban dance competition will take place. 40 teams applied, 13 were chosen. The remaining 14th spot will be filled by 1 of 4 wild cards teams, in which DOP is included. You can see all the candidates here:

DOP’s goal has always been to “spread the poison”, to spread the message of always following your passions, whatever they might be. For us, our passion for dance has led us up to this point. From JAN. 9 - JAN. 13, the official Prelude DMV Facebook voting poll will be open. Please take a little bit out of your time to vote for us.
