My mom’s so cute
When I came home from school for break, there was a giant container of Twizzlers Twists sitting in the kitchen. Those are my favorites! Apparently my mom won it in a game of BINGO at work. I didn’t even know my mom knew how to play BINGO! She told me that when she won, she was too shy to actually say anything. So she just whispered to her friend that she thought she won. Her friend made her yell out “I win” but it took a couple of tries before she was loud enough for anyone to hear. When she went up to accept her prize, her supervisor made her shout “BINGO” really loudly in front of everyone before she got the Twizzlers.
I don’t know why but I found this story super amusing. Maybe it’s because my mom had the biggest smile on her face when she told me how in the 10 years she’s played Thanksgiving BINGO at the hospital, she’s never won. Until now!
