This came to me in the shower...
I love my dog quite a lot But unfortunately he loves me not I look past the slobber, the ticks, and the fleas And yet he never runs to me I know he cares for me very much But his actions lack a loving touch He barks of “like”, but of “love” not a peep I’m at a loss so I think I’ll just sleep.
